The Rogers County Bar Association welcomes attorneys practicing in Rogers County and surrounding communities who are interested in supporting professionalism, collegiality, legal education, and service within the local legal community.
Membership Eligibility
Regular membership is open to attorneys who are licensed and in good standing with the Oklahoma Bar Association, reside in Rogers County or maintain an office or employment with a law firm, organization, or company located in Rogers County, and who have paid the annual membership dues established by the Rogers County Bar Association.
An attorney who does not reside or maintain an office in Rogers County but who regularly practices a substantial portion of their work in the District Court of Rogers County may apply for regular membership. Such applications are subject to approval by a majority vote of the Regular Members present at a duly called meeting.
Any Judge sitting or presiding in the District Court of Rogers County, State of Oklahoma, shall be deemed a Judicial Member of the Rogers County Bar Association. Judicial Members are not required to pay dues and may participate in meetings and functions of the Association while serving as members of the judiciary.
